1. Log In to the Website
Visit https://yay.xquare.ofiz.cloud and log in using your account credentials.
2. Select the Listing Category You Want to Claim
Browse through the listing categories that are relevant to your business or service.

3. Choose the Listing to Claim
Find the specific listing you wish to claim, then click the “Claim Listing” button on that listing’s page.

4. Choose a Listing Package
Next, select the listing package that best suits your needs.

5. Fill in the Form with Complete and Clear Information
Ensure all form fields are filled accurately and representatively. Required information includes:
• Title: The main title of your listing.
• Tagline: A short slogan highlighting your listing’s strengths or uniqueness.
• Description: A complete description of the product or service you offer.
• Images: Upload relevant images, such as:
o Logo
o Cover Image
o Gallery Images
• Contact Information: Include reachable contact details such as email, phone number, or WhatsApp.
• Social Networks: Add links to your official social media (if any).
• Work Hours: Set your business operating hours.
• Timezone: Select the appropriate time zone for your business location.
• Location: Enter your full business address.
• Region: Choose the relevant administrative region.
• Category: Select the most relevant category for your listing.
• Tags: Add tags or keywords that best describe your products or services.
• Price Range: Set a price range for your listing.
• Product/Description: Provide a concise yet informative description of your key product or service.

6. Submit Your Listing
Once all information is completed, three buttons will appear at the bottom of the page:
- Submit Listing (purple button): Click this to send your listing for processing and review by the Xquare team.
- Preview: Click this to preview your listing and make sure everything is correct.
- Save as Draft: Use this if you need more time and want to save your work to continue later.
Make sure to review all information before clicking Submit Listing, to avoid any missing or incorrect data.

7. Proceed with Payment
After submitting your listing, follow the provided instructions to complete the payment process.

8 You Will Receive Your Payment Details (as Shown in the Image)
Once payment is completed, the system will automatically display your payment and order details. Your listing has now been successfully submitted.
You can view and manage your listing by clicking the “Go to Dashboard” button.


9. Our Team Will Review Your Listing
After submission, our team will review your listing.
During this process, your listing will be marked as “Pending Approval”, as shown in the image.
Once approved, your listing will automatically be published, and the status will change to “Published”.
Ensure all information in your listing is complete and accurate to help expedite the approval process.
